One-One personal training is the most effective way of achieving your fitness aims!

The sessions with your personal trainer will be intense, focused, and keep you highly motivated to get great fitness results! We write you a full fitness program for aerobic, resistance, core and flexibilty exercises, and tailor each personal training session specifically to your goals and abilities.

As well as great fitness training you'll receive nutritional advice that you need to succeed. What you eat and when you eat it makes a big difference when it comes to weight loss and being healthy, so we can provide meal plans, helpful tips, and reminders to keep you on track.

There's nothing that motivates like seeing evidence that the hard work is paying off, so we re-assess our One-One clients every two months on their weight, body fat %, girth measurements, fitness, strength, and flexibility. This ensures we can track your progress, celebrate the gains, and update your program as required.


Bonus offer!If you start a One-One personal training program we will give you a free Off Peak gym membership. It's a great way to get the motivation and support of a personal trainer with the flexibility of a gym membership, plus the use of a pool, spa and sauna!


Pricing: $75 per one hour One-One session or a special rate of $70 if you train 3 or more x week
